ORDERS:

At ETP Watches, we order watches on request according to your preferences, with a deposit of 10%. All watches are sold under the regulations for used goods, according to Chapter 17 of the VAT Act. The buyer cannot deduct VAT.

At ETP Watches, we personally deliver watches safely at our office on Kronprinsessegade 36, 1306 København K

Not in the mentioned areas? No problem, we can also ship the watch. We usually use PostNord, but other couriers may be used. The watch is insured for its full value, and you will receive a tracking number to follow the package. Delivery time is 1-2 business days.

PAYMENT:

At ETP Watches, you can only pay via bank transfer. If the watch needs to be ordered upon request, we require a 10% deposit, which is paid in advance as a guarantee and deducted from the final purchase.

An invoice will be sent in advance upon request. All watches are sold as used under the VAT margin scheme, according to Chapter 17 of the VAT Act. The buyer cannot deduct VAT.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

At ETP Watches, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the law. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to items picked up or delivered personally. The right of withdrawal starts from the day you receive your item by mail. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the following conditions are met: The item is in the same condition and quantity as you received it, and the item has not been used in a way that significantly decreases its resale value.

ETP Watches is not responsible for return postage. ETP Watches reserves the right to reject any returned item if it does not meet the above conditions. 

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN:

At ETP Watches, we guarantee that the item matches the agreed condition upon delivery.

When you shop online at ETP Watches, you have a 24-month right to complain. This means the following: If the watch is not as described, defects and shortcomings will be rectified at ETP Watches' expense. This also requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use or damaging behavior. You must complain within 60 days of discovering the defect or shortcoming in the item. If you need to make a complaint, please contact ETP Watches at our email (info@etpwatches.dk). ETP Watches reserves the right to change prices, correct typographical errors, and account for sold-out items.
