The F.P. Journe Élégante 48 Titalyt is a groundbreaking fusion of haute horology and cutting-edge technology, redefining the quartz watch paradigm. Crafted from Grade 5 titanium with a proprietary Titalyt® treatment, the 48 x 40 mm tortue-shaped case boasts enhanced hardness and corrosion resistance, complemented by a distinctive matte dark grey finish.
At its heart lies the in-house Calibre 1210, an electromechanical movement that integrates a motion detector. This innovation allows the watch to enter a standby mode after 35 minutes of inactivity, halting the hands to conserve energy while the microprocessor continues to track time. Upon movement, the hands resume, adjusting to the correct time via the shortest path, either clockwise or counterclockwise.
The luminescent dial ensures optimal legibility in all lighting conditions, featuring blued steel hands and a small seconds subdial at 6 o'clock. A motion detector is subtly integrated at 4:30 on the dial . The watch offers an impressive battery life of 8 to 10 years in daily use and up to 18 years in standby mode.
Completing the timepiece is a rubber strap available in various colors, secured with a matching Titalyt® folding clasp. The Élégante 48 Titalyt exemplifies F.P. Journe's commitment to innovation, seamlessly blending traditional craftsmanship with modern technology.

All watches which has been service, has a mechanical warranty of 2 years from the date of service.
This mechanical warranty does not cover damages that the buyer might cause. In regards to vintage models, we cannot guarantee waterproofness or time accuracy unless the watch has been serviced and these requests approved by our watchmaker.
Shipping
All items are carefully packed and shipped via express couriers such as FedEx Priority, or DHL Express. Your shipment is fully insured, please open the parcel in front of your courier to attest any potential damages caused during transportation. If you do not do this, we cannot guarantee the full refund of your order due to transportation damages. Please keep in mind that for shipments outside the EU, ETP Watches is required to declare the retail value of the order which might be subject to fees and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Potential taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
