All watches which has been service, has a mechanical warranty of 2 years from the date of service.
This mechanical warranty does not cover damages that the buyer might cause. In regards to vintage models, we cannot guarantee waterproofness or time accuracy unless the watch has been serviced and these requests approved by our watchmaker.
Shipping
All items are carefully packed and shipped via express couriers such as FedEx Priority, or DHL Express. Your shipment is fully insured, please open the parcel in front of your courier to attest any potential damages caused during transportation. If you do not do this, we cannot guarantee the full refund of your order due to transportation damages. Please keep in mind that for shipments outside the EU, ETP Watches is required to declare the retail value of the order which might be subject to fees and taxes upon arrival in the destination country.
